Focus on WD is seeking an experienced HCM Lead for a 12-month contract in London to lead the Workday HCM implementation. The role requires proven experience in end-to-end Workday HCM projects and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and will need to be on-site 1–2 days per week. A competitive day rate is offered, and the role is outside IR35.
