About the Role
Join a new team in a market-leading end-user organization set to go live with multiple modules across the HCM Product Suite. This role suits an individual passionate about Workday integrations and eager to make an impact in a new live market-leading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design multiple integrations within Workday using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations across Workday and additional people and technology platforms.
- Champion best-practice and architectural standards for all integrations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business units to gather requirements for current and future technical integration needs, aligning to the overall product strategy.
- Produce technical design documents and specifications for new or enhanced integrations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, prioritise technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Support end-to-end testing for Workday releases and integration upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience as a Workday Integrations Analyst, Specialist or Consultant.
- Extensive, demonstrable experience across Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions and gather/document technical requirements from the business.
- Strong collaboration across multiple functional areas of the Workday Product Suite.
- Experience with PECI/PICOF integrations.
- Strong Workday reporting and testing capabilities.
