Overview / Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Data Lead to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing human capital management data within the Workday platform. Your expertise will support the delivery of effective HCM solutions that drive our client's HR strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of HCM data within the Workday system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement data governance frameworks.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Provide training and support to staff on HCM data processes and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner.
Required Experience & Skills
- Must have proven experience as a Workday HCM Data Lead or in a similar data management role.
- Required strong knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices.
- Mandatory expertise in Workday HCM configurations and data structures.
- Necessary project management skills with a focus on delivering results on time.
- Certified Workday HCM professional (preferred).
