This role can be based anywhere in EMEA as it is 100% remote.
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Change Lead to spearhead the change management and adoption strategy for our enterprise-wide Google Workspace implementation, impacting 100,000 employees worldwide. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving successful user adoption and cultural transformation as we transition from Microsoft to Google Workspace.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in leading global change programs for large enterprises, outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and deep knowledge of Google Workspace adoption best practices.
You need to have worked as the Chage Management Lead on at least one large size project migration from Microsoft to Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities Change Management Leadership
  • Develop and lead the global change and adoption strategy for the Google Workspace implementation.
  • Design a comprehensive change roadmap covering communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics.
  • Embed change management into program governance and delivery at every stage.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the voice of the user community, ensuring needs are represented and addressed throughout the transition.
  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and regional change champions.
  • Design and deliver executive and company-wide communication strategies that foster awareness, understanding, and enthusiasm.
User Adoption & Enablement
  • Drive programs to support adoption and new ways of working enabled by Google Workspace.
  • Oversee the creation of training materials, enablement sessions, and user guides tailored to different roles and regions.
  • Establish and manage a global change network of local champions and super users.
  • Monitor adoption KPIs and adjust strategies based on feedback and usage analytics.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Partner with program managers, technical leads, HR, L&D, and Communications teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Align global change plans with technical deployment schedules and cutover milestones.
  • Coordinate with vendors and Google Professional Services to leverage adoption expertise and tools.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience in leading organizational change management (OCM) programs for large-scale IT transformations, preferably Google Workspace or other collaboration platforms.
  • Successful track record delivering change programs in global organizations with 50,000+ employees.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to engage employees across cultures, roles, and regions.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Preferred Skills
  • Google Workspace certification or demonstrable expertise in user adoption programs.
  • Experience with digital workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Background in employee engagement, learning design, or organizational psychology.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-to-Google migration challenges and opportunities.
