- Workday HCM Lead
You will take ownership of the core HCM domain, driving optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing platform enhancement across multiple regions.
Key focus areas:
- Lead HCM strategy and roadmap
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Oversee configuration, releases, and continuous improvement
- Ensure best-practice use of Workday HCM
- Workday Finance Lead
This role will own the Financials workstream, working closely with Finance leadership to optimise processes, reporting, and system capability.
Key focus areas:
- Drive the Workday Financials roadmap
- Act as the primary liaison with Finance stakeholders
- Lead enhancements, configuration, and governance
- Support reporting and data accuracy initiatives
- Workday Prism Lead
You will lead the organisation’s data and analytics capability within Workday, leveraging Prism to deliver enhanced insight and reporting.
Key focus areas:
- Own Prism strategy and data modelling approach
- Enhance reporting and analytics capability
- Partner with business teams on data requirements
- Drive best practice in Workday data architecture
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong hands-on Workday experience in the relevant functional area
- Proven experience operating in a lead or senior capacity
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
- Experience in global or complex Workday environments
- Fluent English communication skills
Desirable:
- Workday certifications
- Experience in large-scale or multi-country deployments
- Background in continuous improvement or transformation programmes
