We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Technical Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation programme. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with deep expertise in FSL implementations, Salesforce platform development, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce FSL implementations and enhancements
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard platform capabilities and custom development where appropriate
- Provide technical leadership across integrations, AppExchange products, Lightning development, and deployment best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define and deliver solutions
- Support estimation, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities
- Drive best practices across development, integration, and application lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and FSL-related issues
- Produce technical documentation aligned with business and project objectives
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance across the delivery team
Required Experience
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions
- Excellent understanding of workforce management, asset service management, warranty management, and service contracts
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customisation, and development
- Strong integration experience across enterprise systems
- Proven experience leading technical teams within Salesforce programmes
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- 10+ years of experience across IT, Field Service Management, or Salesforce ecosystems preferred
