Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline generation within a SaaS / ERP environment, working for a leading consulting organisation recognised as a market leader in its industry, with a broad portfolio of products and solutions. This role is focused on building early-stage opportunities through structured prospecting, consultative engagement, and effective qualification of potential customers.
POLITE NOTICE: This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience in SaaS or ERP inside sales environments and demonstrate a proven ability to generate high-quality pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting activities
- Deliver against weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs aligned to opportunity creation and revenue targets
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, sales tools)
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business drivers, and buying personas
- Apply consultative selling techniques to position relevant solutions and create interest
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support demand generation campaigns and strategic account targeting
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM systems
- Represent the organisation professionally in all prospect and customer interactions
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in an SDR / BDR / Inside Sales role within a SaaS or ERP environment (mandatory)
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS or ERP sales cycles and buyer personas
- Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high activity levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
Desirable Skills
- Dutch language skills (nice to have, not essential)
- Experience using modern sales engagement and prospecting tools (e.g. Cognism, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Exposure to structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams
- Interest in technology trends, digital transformation, and enterprise software landscapes
