Associate Director β Workday Financials & UK Payroll We are seeking an experienced Associate Director β Workday Financials & UK Payroll to lead enterprise transformation programmes, provide strategic advisory services, and deliver end-to-end Workday implementations. Lead Workday Financials and UK Payroll transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery. Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and integration designs. Provide leadership across implementation teams, managing stakeholders, risks, and project delivery. Support data migration, process optimisation, and finance transformation programmes. Proven experience delivering Workday Financials and UK Payroll solutions. Strong background in ERP, cloud technologies, finance systems, and digital transformation. Experience leading at least two full-cycle Workday implementations. Deep understanding of Workday transactional processes, integrations, and data migration. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience within consulting, professional services, or large-scale transformation environments. Workday Financials Certification (required) Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) Certification (required) Workday Engagement Manager Certification (required) Additional Workday certifications are highly desirable.
