Role β We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead solution design, technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across complex Salesforce programmes. This is a senior hands-on role involving business analysis, architecture input, technical oversight, and coordination of developers and functional consultants to ensure high-quality Salesforce outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to clarify goals, define requirements, and translate outcomes into functional and technical deliverables.
- Own solution design and contribute to architecture discussions, including object models, automation, and data structures.
- Design, develop, and re-engineer Salesforce applications including UI, business logic, integrations, and data models.
- Oversee Salesforce deployments, customizations, and configurations aligned to platform best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams across LWC, Apex, triggers, batch processes, and flows.
- Engage with customers to maintain strong relationships, ensure delivery quality, and manage expectations.
- Support functional design, story elaboration, and backlog grooming as part of Agile delivery.
- Manage project stakeholders, risks, resources, and technical issues through to resolution.
- Provide training, enablement, and documentation for end users and internal contributors.
Key Skills
- 10β15+ years of Salesforce consulting and delivery experience (technical and functional).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including object model, security, automation, and API interactions.
- Hands-on experience with: APEX, LWC, Triggers, Batch, Integration patterns.
- Flows, Page Layouts, Workflow rules, and Config-based automation.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solution designs and estimates.
- Strong communication skills with proven client-facing confidence.
- Experience delivering on large or complex Salesforce programmes.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Bitbucket, Git).
