Are you an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant looking for your next remote role? We are working with a leading global organisation to hire a specialist who can deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors ECP projects across the UK and Ireland.
About the Role:
- Lead or support workshops and ensure all decisions are documented accurately.
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules to meet business and functional requirements.
- Support data migration, integrations, and testing activities.
- Ensure smooth transition to maintenance teams and resolve delivery challenges.
- Support pre-sales scoping, solution design, and estimation for projects.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in HR services delivery and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation.
- At least one end-to-end Employee Central Payroll deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll regulations and compliance.
- SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central Payroll (Employee Central certification desirable).
- Strong communication skills and experience leading client workshops.
- Ability to work independently and manage remote project delivery
