- We are seeking an experienced
- Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise across
- Salesforce Service Cloud ,

Salesforce Data Cloud to design, develop and deliver scalable enterprise CRM solutions.
Working within an Agile delivery team, you will collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners and QA teams to build innovative Salesforce solutions that improve customer experience, automate business processes and leverage AI-powered capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud and Lightning development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Build scalable applications across Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Triggers and Flows.
- Configure AI-powered Agentforce agents, prompts, actions and automation.
- Develop solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, segmentation and activation.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
- Develop scalable automation using Salesforce Flow and Apex.
- Support Salesforce release management, deployment planning and environment strategy.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Product Owners and QA teams.
- Perform code reviews and maintain Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimise application performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
