- Role –
- We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across
- Service Cloud ,
- Agentforce , and
Salesforce Data Cloud .
You will define end-to-end solution architecture, establish technology strategy and provide architectural governance across complex digital transformation programmes.
Working closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and delivery teams, you will ensure scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest Salesforce AI, Data Cloud and enterprise integration technologies while shaping the future architecture of a global Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multiple business domains.
- Design scalable enterprise solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- Produce High-Level Solution Designs (HLDs), architecture roadmaps and technical governance documentation.
- Lead architecture workshops, solution design sessions and stakeholder engagements.
- Design AI-powered Agentforce solutions, including agents, prompts, actions, orchestration and automation.
- Define Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation and activation strategies.
- Architect Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, Milestones and Service Console.
- Design enterprise integration architecture using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events and event-driven architectures.
- Establish Salesforce security architecture covering sharing models, roles, permission sets, compliance and governance.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical designs and development approaches.
- Provide architectural leadership across Agile delivery teams.
- Identify technical risks, platform limitations and mitigation strategies.
- Mentor Technical Leads, Developers and Solution Designers on Salesforce best practices.
