Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an Agile delivery team supporting a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. This hands-on development role focuses on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Amazon Connect integration, delivering scalable solutions and ensuring seamless customer experiences across digital and contact centre channels. Working closely with Architects, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, enhance, and support Salesforce solutions while contributing to platform stability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using:
      • Apex
      • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
      • Salesforce Flows
      • APIs and integrations
    • Deliver enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
    • Balance declarative and programmatic approaches to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Amazon Connect & Contact Centre Integration
    • Support and optimise Amazon Connect integrations with Salesforce.
    • Configure and maintain:
      • CTI integrations
      • Contact flows
      • Omnichannel routing
      • Screen pops and telephony workflows
    • Troubleshoot integration and routing issues.
  • DevOps & Release Management
    • Own and manage Salesforce release processes using Copado.
    • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, testing, and release governance.
    • Deliver deployments across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Platform Support & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide BAU support and technical troubleshooting.
    • Reduce technical debt and improve platform performance.
    • Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and documentation.
    • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery quality.
  • Collaboration & Governance
    • Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver iterative releases.
    • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
    • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to assess solution feasibility and alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Skills:

  • 4–6 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud
    • Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with:
    • Amazon Connect (AWS Connect)
    • APIs and enterprise applications
    • Digital channels (Web and Mobile)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Omnichannel customer journeys
    • Contact centre solutions
    • Salesforce best practices and governor limits
  • Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
  • Experience with Copado and Salesforce DevOps processes.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
