Role – We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the technical design, delivery, and governance of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define technical architecture, guide development teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and resilient ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations and managed service engagements.
- Work closely with solution architects and customers to capture and baseline technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical designs aligned to enterprise architecture.
- Lead and coordinate teams of ServiceNow developers, integration specialists, UX designers, and QA analysts.
- Drive Agile delivery activities including user story creation and refinement, effort estimation and sprint planning, task allocation and delivery tracking.
- Provide best-practice guidance and technical solutions to address complex requirements and issues.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and delivery challenges.
- Ensure quality, security, resilience, and compliance of all deployed solutions.
- Track and communicate technical delivery status to programme and project leadership.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM and related modules (e.g. SNVA, integrations).
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes, solution architecture, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementations, including at least one full end-to-end lifecycle.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow deployments, migrations, upgrades, consolidations, and integrations.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and proactive resolution of platform issues.
- Ability to mentor engineers and provide clear technical direction.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- ITIL v3 Foundation
