Role – We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will architect scalable solutions for hardware and software asset management, helping organisations gain full visibility and control of their IT assets while ensuring compliance, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with platform teams, infrastructure teams, and enterprise architects to deliver robust ServiceNow ITAM capabilities aligned with enterprise governance and best practices.
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, covering Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Define asset lifecycle processes, governance models, and platform best practices.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and enterprise systems such as CMDB, procurement platforms, discovery tools, and financial systems.
- Support implementation of automated asset discovery, tracking, and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and finance teams to improve asset visibility, compliance, and cost optimisation.
- Define and implement data models, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow architecture standards, security requirements, and platform best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or ITAM Architect.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) including SAM and HAM.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, workflows, integrations, and CMDB.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with discovery tools, procurement systems, and enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
