Focus on SAP is a specialist SAP and ERP Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale.
Client – Partnered with a leading boutique consultancy.
Role – The client is implementing its first global Core HR System. You will be driving and facilitating the project, collaborating with the implementation team, IT, and local HR teams to gather and validate requirements, and executing important change management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Global HRIS and Data Manager to identify and ensure effective relay of the HR systems and data objectives and strategy.
- Collaborate with IT Project Manager to manage project plan in alignment with timelines. Consolidate progress updates and report to Project Manager.
- Work with the HR Implementation team to consolidate and make sense of the organisation structure, roles, employee data within Talent Connect.
- Support local teams prepare for deployment (data, process readiness, change impacts). Act as first-line support for local project queries.
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding, and training sessions.
- Support in development and delivery of a change management plan to facilitate a smooth and successful transition to SuccessFactors.
- Establish a system for tracking post-go-live issues, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation to the relevant support teams.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules.
- Expertise in Employee Central and one or more modules (i.e. Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession Planning etc).
- Business process understanding. Strong grasp of HR processes and best practices such as hire-to-retire, talent management, organisational management.
- Configuration and implementations skills. Capable of configuring the system according to customer requirements, including business rules, workflows, permission roles, and RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
- Integration knowledge. Understanding of integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ER/S/4HANA, 3rd-party systems and/or identity providers (SSO).
- Reporting and analytics.
- Project and stakeholder management skills. Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements. Managing client expectations, conducting workshops, and providing training/user enablement.
- Data management and migration. Experience with data templates, data loads via Import tools or Integration Center. Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and mapping.
- Excellent communication skills.
