About the Role:
- Lead or support workshops and ensure all decisions are documented accurately.
- Configure SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business and functional requirements.
- Support data migration, integrations, and testing activities.
- Ensure smooth transition to maintenance teams and resolve delivery challenges.
- Support pre-sales scoping, solution design, and estimation for projects.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in HR services delivery and SAP HCM Payroll implementation.
- At least one end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll regulations and compliance.
