Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme in a post–go-live (BAU and stabilisation) environment. You will work as part of an onshore Application Maintenance and Support team, focusing on incident resolution, defect management, root cause analysis, and enhancement support across the SAP BTP MDM landscape. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong SAP MDM, integration, and data governance expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support post–go-live incidents and defects related to SAP BTP Master Data Management
- Provide timely resolution of MDM incidents raised by business users
- Build, enhance, and support MDM repositories aligned to enterprise standards
- Drive design decisions for new changes and enhancements within the MDM landscape
- Analyse issues and produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, and release readiness
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional IT teams
- Support and upskill offshore teams through knowledge transfer and training
- Participate in on-call or weekend support when required for critical production issues
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Master Data Management.

- SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- API Management
- Data Integration technologies
- Data modelling
