Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP BTP architectures that align with enterprise integration and business strategies.
• Lead complex SAP BTP development and deployment projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and manage SAP BTP applications for integration, analytics, and data services.
• Produce detailed technical documentation for design, build, and operations.
• Provide expert‑level guidance to project teams and stakeholders on BTP capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP BTP solutions with organisational goals and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend new SAP BTP tools, technologies, and innovations (e.g., Datasphere, CAP, Integration Suite).
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure quality, alignment, and maintainability of solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support multi‑location delivery coordination.

Key Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP technologies, including at least 3+ years in SAP BTP.
• Deep technical expertise in one or more BTP domains – e.g., Datasphere, CAP, Integration Suite, Workflow, or Launchpad.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and SAP UI5/Fiori.
• Experience integrating BTP with S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, or other SAP SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and end‑to‑end integration flows.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑functional, distributed teams.
