Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within a large-scale transformation programme. You will play a key role in analysing business processes, defining requirements, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned to business needs, driving efficiency and user adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Analyse, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and solution designs.
- Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create process models, prototypes, and user interface mock-ups where required.
- Identify risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery alignment.
- Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system testing) and user training.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability across requirements and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice frameworks and methodologies.
- Collaborate with global IT and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end functional design and requirements management.
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, functional specs, user stories).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading workshops and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
