Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Development Teams, QA, and Integration teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce development across Agile sprint cycles.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimation.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform Salesforce code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor Salesforce Developers and provide technical leadership across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Salesforce development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 12+ years total IT experience
- ~5+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Salesforce Developer role
- ~ Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations
- ~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- ~ Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms
- ~ Expertise in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development
- ~ Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- ~ Salesforce APIs
- ~ Salesforce security and sharing models
