Direct message the job poster from Focus on SAP SAP Recruitment Consultant at Focus on SAP (part of the Focus Cloud Group) Position: Product Manager Employment Type: Contract, Full time Start: ASAP Location: Warwick – Onsite 5 days a week Languages: English Role – We are seeking an experienced Technology Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle, strategy, and performance of collaboration and communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Intune, MTR devices, AV hardware, and related software. You will be responsible for product governance, vendor engagement, platform evolution, and ensuring the delivery of reliable and scalable solutions to support business productivity. Key skills: 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and AV equipment functionality and deployment. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and core networking principles. Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to work across cross-functional teams. Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, with experience engaging business units, product owners, finance, and procurement. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data visualization capabilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to assess technology needs and provide actionable recommendations that align with business goals. Consulting background is a plus. Strong communication skills (oral & written) Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available) Responsibilities: Develop and maintain policies, processes, and roadmaps for communication and collaboration technologies. Manage end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software products such as MS Teams, Intune, mobile devices, MTR systems, AV equipment, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Assess and test new features and platform updates for compatibility with the business environment. Lead planning, scoping, and execution of application upgrades, including stakeholder communication and rollout strategies. Design and implement communication frameworks for new product launches and enhancements. Manage subscriptions and licensing for platforms such as MS Teams and Intune. Provide expert recommendations on product features, configurations, upgrade paths, and architectural improvements. Handle technical escalations and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues. Coordinate with third-party providers (e.g., Microsoft, Vodafone, Apple, Poly) for product evaluations, renewals, and strategic discussions.
