Focus on SAP is a specialist SAP and ERP Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale.

Client – Partnered with a global leader in digital transformation and IT services, working with some of the world’s biggest brands. Their mission is not only to deliver cutting-edge technology but also to empower organisations to create meaningful impact for the people and communities they serve. For you, this means working on challenging projects that demand innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership.

Role – We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead to drive the design and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, Payroll, ERP, and SCM). This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the end-to-end reporting workstream, managing both onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and insight-driven reporting solutions. You will work with cutting-edge tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, ERP Analytics, and Fusion Data Intelligence, helping the organisation achieve its goals for process standardisation, data integrity, and improved decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a reporting team (onshore and offshore), ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with project goals.
  • Map existing reports to Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities, identify gaps, and design effective solutions using Oracle’s analytics suite.
  • Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements, align expectations, and demonstrate Fusion reporting tools.
  • Develop a comprehensive reporting strategy leveraging OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud for both real-time and historical reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical leads to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions into the implementation plan.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for reporting-related issues and risks.
  • Enforce reporting governance processes, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
  • Promote the use of standardised, scalable reporting solutions while minimising customisations.
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, Payroll).
  • Strong expertise in Oracle reporting and analytics tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM/SCM/ERP Analytics, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and report development.
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional, global teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Skilled in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and reporting governance.
  • Strong project management skills — able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
