Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a reporting team (onshore and offshore), ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with project goals.
- Map existing reports to Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities, identify gaps, and design effective solutions using Oracle’s analytics suite.
- Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements, align expectations, and demonstrate Fusion reporting tools.
- Develop a comprehensive reporting strategy leveraging OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud for both real-time and historical reporting needs.
- Collaborate with functional and technical leads to ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions into the implementation plan.
- Act as the primary escalation point for reporting-related issues and risks.
- Enforce reporting governance processes, ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.
- Promote the use of standardised, scalable reporting solutions while minimising customisations.
- Provide regular stakeholder updates, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, Payroll).
- Strong expertise in Oracle reporting and analytics tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM/SCM/ERP Analytics, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and report development.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional, global teams (onshore/offshore).
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and reporting governance.
- Strong project management skills — able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
