Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Time & Absence Techno-Functional Consultant to support delivery and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM applications in a complex enterprise environment. You will engage directly with HR, Payroll, and business operations teams to enable accurate Time entry, Absence management, and downstream integration into payroll and workforce systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time & Absence implementations and change initiatives.
- Analyse business requirements including:
- Time entry and approvals
- Absence plans and accruals
- Overtime, shifts & schedules
- Statutory leave and compliance rules
- Time card layouts & rules
- Absence types, plans & eligibility
- Accrual formulas
- Approval workflows
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Fast Formulas for Time, Absence, Accruals & Eligibility.
- Build and support integrations via:
- HCM Extracts
- REST/SOAP APIs
- BI Publisher reports
- Time calculations
- Accrual logic
- Eligibility rules
- Data integrations
Key Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion experience.
- Deep expertise in Fusion Time & Absence.
- Strong experience with:
- Fast Formula (Time/Absence/Accruals)
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher
- REST / SOAP APIs
- SQL (basic)
- HDL / HSDL
