Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within a large-scale transformation programme. You will play a key role in analysing business processes, defining requirements, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned to business needs, driving efficiency and user adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Analyse, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and solution designs.
  • Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create process models, prototypes, and user interface mock-ups where required.
  • Identify risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system testing) and user training.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability across requirements and delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice frameworks and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with global IT and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end functional design and requirements management.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, functional specs, user stories).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading workshops and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
