Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide solution design, hands-on development, and delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds. You’ll work closely with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and integration partners to ensure high-quality, scalable technical solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, shaping technical direction, and mentoring engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and scope upcoming sprint work in collaboration with architects and product owners.
- Break down complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
- Own on-time delivery of assigned work, ensuring acceptance criteria are met.
- Perform technical spikes and investigations into emerging Salesforce technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for API integrations and dependency alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues alongside QA teams.
- Mentor junior developers and support the wider engineering team with problem-solving.
Key Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience across Salesforce (declarative + programmatic).
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Advantageous: Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) — OmniScripts, EPC, Integration Procedures.
- Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
- Background working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Proven ability to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
