Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Developer to design, build and deliver complex enterprise Salesforce integration solutions across a large-scale, highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, third-party and on-premise systems, using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and modern integration patterns. Working closely with Architects, Developers and business stakeholders, you will deliver secure, scalable and high-performance integrations, supporting wider Salesforce transformation and Agentforce / Agentic AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Integration & Development
- Design and develop complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, cloud platforms and third-party systems.
- Build and consume REST, SOAP and Bulk APIs, alongside Platform Events, Streaming APIs and custom Apex REST/SOAP services.
- Develop real-time, near-real-time, event-driven and batch integrations using enterprise integration patterns including publish-subscribe, request-reply and data synchronisation.
- Develop reusable API frameworks and integration components, supporting scalable and governed enterprise integration.
- Middleware, Data & Security
- Deliver API-led integration solutions using MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud, Jitterbit or equivalent middleware technologies.
- Design ETL, data migration, orchestration and synchronisation solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Implement secure integration patterns using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, Connected Apps and Named Credentials, aligned with enterprise security, GDPR and data governance requirements.
- Salesforce Engineering & Delivery
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, triggers and asynchronous processing.
- Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud integrations and platform capabilities.
- Work across Salesforce DX, CI/CD, automated testing, version control and deployment, ensuring high-quality and maintainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, application and performance issues across the Salesforce landscape.
Key Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce integrations, with strong expertise across REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, API-led connectivity and event-driven architecture.
- Strong Salesforce development expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, triggers, asynchronous Apex and platform customisation.
- Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, including Salesforce security, access controls and platform governance.
- Proven experience designing real-time, event-driven and batch integration architectures, including publish-subscribe, request-reply and data synchronisation patterns.
- Hands-on experience with integration/middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud or Jitterbit.
- Strong knowledge of integration security and authentication, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, Connected Apps and Named Credentials.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, version control, automated testing and deployment tooling, alongside strong debugging and performance optimisation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data integration, relational databases, data modelling, ETL, data migration and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Experience working with Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions, combined with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
