Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to support ongoing delivery and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications within a complex HR and Payroll landscape. You will engage directly with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to design, configure, integrate, and support Fusion Payroll in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts.
- Gather and analyse payroll business requirements including:
- Earnings & deductions
- Statutory components
- Payroll calendars & periods
- Consolidation groups, costing & pre-payments
- Retro-pay, balances & year-end processing
- Payroll definitions & relationships
- Element entries, classifications & eligibility
- Balances, balance feeds & dimensions
- Payroll costing & GL integration
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for:
- Payroll calculations
- Earnings and deductions
- Proration & arrears
- Retro logic
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher
- REST/SOAP APIs
- 3rd-party payroll vendors
- Banks
