Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring solution quality across functional, technical and integration workstreams while managing testing throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists, you will deliver high-quality SAP solutions with minimal business disruption across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the end-to-end SAP testing strategy.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing and Cutover Validation.
- Manage multiple testing workstreams across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Master Data.
- Develop test plans, schedules and resource plans.
- Coordinate test execution across business and technical teams.
- Manage defect lifecycle, triage and resolution.
- Produce executive-level test reports, dashboards and quality metrics.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases and defects.
- Manage testing risks, issues and programme escalations.
- Coordinate test environment readiness and test data management.
- Ensure compliance with QA governance, audit requirements and release processes.
- Support API, middleware and third-party integration testing.
- Drive continuous improvement across testing processes, automation and quality assurance.
