Role – We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Lead to oversee technical delivery, guide HRSD operations, and drive enhancements across the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, stakeholder management, and hands-on leadership to ensure stable, scalable, and high-quality HRSD capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, remove ambiguity, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Create technical designs leveraging out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities wherever possible.
- Develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow HRSD and related modules.
- Build, maintain, and enhance integrations with enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Apps) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement and optimise workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, and automation components to streamline HR processes.
- Use JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, XML, and CSS to enhance UI, portals, and application features.
- Provide platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and support—including upgrades and patching activities.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation covering configurations, processes, and solution designs.
- Work closely with IT teams, HR stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Lead and guide HRSD operations and release teams, ensuring successful delivery of stories, defect fixes, and incident/request closure.
Key Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, specifically within the HRSD module.
- Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with people systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Apps, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions using out-of-the-box ServiceNow features.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow master data and foundational HR processes.
- Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Desirable Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR
