Role – We are seeking experienced SAP FI Lead Consultant to play a key role in delivering a large-scale SAP transformation programme. You will be responsible for leading Financial Accounting (FI) process design, configuration, and delivery, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, end-to-end solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end FI process design, including configuration and customisation
- Contribute to key design decisions and solution architecture
- Prepare and maintain: Business Process Documents (BPDs), Functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams on RICEFW objects
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Translate financial processes into SAP solutions
- Provide guidance to process analysts and SMEs across the programme
- Communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Design and support UAT scenarios and execution
- Support data conversion and cleansing
- Reporting remediation
- Training and deployment planning
- Contribute to cutover and hypercare activities
- Document process flows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and challenge process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment with programme standards and delivery governance
Key Skills:
- 10+ years’ experience as an SAP FI Consultant
- Strong expertise in SAP FI configuration and processes
- SAP S/4HANA (latest functionality and capabilities)
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial requirements into SAP solutions
- Experience working in large transformation programmes
