Role: We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead technical architecture, configuration strategy, and interface integration across an enterprise SuccessFactors landscape. This role spans architecture, platform governance, performance, integration design, and operational enablement, ensuring reliable data exchange and a seamless user experience across HR and extended business systems. You will collaborate with implementation partners, HRIS teams, IT functions, and business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable technical solutions in line with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform & Instance Management
- Oversee system configuration, deployment, data migration and solution quality.
- Maintain instance management standards, documentation and refresh planning.
- Monitor performance and optimise configurations for scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, engaging SAP support when necessary.
- Integration Architecture
- Define end-to-end SuccessFactors interface architecture with payroll, finance and third-party systems.
- Lead design workshops and supervise interface build activities.
- Ensure interfaces are delivered to scope, timeline, and quality targets.
- Coordinate unit, integration, and end-to-end testing across stakeholders.
- Support cutover, hypercare and BAU transition for interfaces and data flows.
- Datahub & API Enablement
- Leverage platforms such as Azure Datahub, CPI or other middleware tools for data exchange.
- Manage APIs, integration mappings and secure data flows between systems.
- Maintain technical specifications, architecture documents, and best-practice patterns.
- Compliance & Security
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, infrastructure and data protection standards.
- Enforce platform governance and enterprise methodologies.
Key Skills
- 10+ years’ experience as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect, including interface design & integration leadership.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Talent suites (e.g. LMS, CDP, BizX, JAM).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data models and master data flows.
- Hands-on experience managing integrations across enterprise HR ecosystems.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into end-to-end architectural designs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and technical problem-solving capability.
