Role: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM expertise to design, deliver, and govern enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions. This is a senior, hands‑on architecture role where you will define scalable technical designs, lead complex integrations, and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow CSM/ITSM technical solutions.
- Define and maintain architecture blueprints and detailed solution designs.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud platforms).
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with future business needs.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions from design through deployment.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Establish and enforce technical governance, standards, and best practices.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for resolving complex ServiceNow technical issues.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and delivery success.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect, specialising in CSM.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow CSM, including case management, workflows, and portals.
- Extensive integration experience using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub.
- Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementations, including at least 3 full‑lifecycle projects.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Integration Hub spokes.
- Experience with third‑party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, AWS, Azure).
- Exposure to instance consolidation, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and client‑facing skills.
