Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to support ongoing delivery and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications within a complex HR and Payroll landscape. You will engage directly with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to design, configure, integrate, and support Fusion Payroll in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Functional Responsibilities
  • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts.
  • Gather and analyse payroll business requirements including:
  • Earnings & deductions
  • Statutory components
  • Payroll calendars & periods
  • Consolidation groups, costing & pre-payments
  • Retro-pay, balances & year-end processing
  • Configure payroll components including:
    • Payroll definitions & relationships
    • Element entries, classifications & eligibility
    • Balances, balance feeds & dimensions
    • Payroll costing & GL integration
  • Support payroll validation, parallel runs, UAT, cutover & go-live activities.
  • Produce functional artefacts including FDDs, configuration workbooks & test scripts.
  • Act as a functional SME to Finance, HR & Payroll service teams.
  • Technical Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for:
    • Payroll calculations
    • Earnings and deductions
    • Proration & arrears
    • Retro logic
  • Design and support integrations via:
    • HCM Extracts
    • BI Publisher
    • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Support inbound and outbound interfaces with:
    • 3rd-party payroll vendors
    • Banks & payment providers
    • GL & Finance systems
  • Support data migration and BAU data loads using HDL and HSDL.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to payroll calculations, costing, balances & payments.
  • Key Skills

    • 10–12 years’ experience with Oracle Fusion.
    • Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll.
    • Expertise in:
    • Fast Formula (Payroll/Element/Retro)
    • HCM Extracts & BI Publisher
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • HDL / HSDL
    • Basic SQL
