A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join its Enterprise ServiceNow Platform team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow specialist with extensive experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, particularly Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Working within a mature ServiceNow environment, you will play a key role in the design, development, governance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions align with best practices, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- ServiceNow Platform Engineering
- Design, develop and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow platform.
- Deliver scalable, secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow using out-of-the-box best practices.
- Maintain platform performance, stability and governance.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Implement and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Configure and enhance Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) capabilities.
