Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead multiple HR and IT transformation initiatives and strengthen the delivery of global HR technology programmes. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams to plan, execute, and govern complex transformation projects. This role offers end-to-end ownership, exposure to enterprise HR technology programmes, and the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a modern PMO framework. This position is ideal for a Project Manager ready to move beyond coordination into full delivery accountability, while building expertise in structured methodologies such as SAP Activate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple HR and IT transformation projects.
- Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Maintain strong project governance, including RAID logs, WSRs, MoMs, dashboards, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate global delivery teams across time zones.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and project health; manage escalations and drive resolution.
- Support resource planning, utilisation tracking, and cross-project visibility.
- Contribute to proposal scoping and pre-sales discussions, advising on delivery approaches.
- Help define, improve, and embed PMO standards, tools, and templates across the organisation.
Key Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience delivering HR or IT transformation projects.
- Background in consulting or professional services environments.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g. Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management).
- Exposure to HR SaaS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
- Proficiency with project tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, Jira.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and global stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience maintaining structured project documentation (RAID, WSRs, plans).
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
