Role – We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to drive a business-critical data transformation programme within a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering data readiness across multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and trusted data to support testing, cutover, go-live, and operational readiness activities. You will lead a hybrid onsite-offshore delivery team, working closely with business stakeholders, programme leadership, and technology teams to accelerate data transformation outcomes while leveraging modern Azure-based analytics and data platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Transformation Leadership
- Lead and accelerate an existing enterprise data workstream.
- Define and drive the data readiness roadmap across testing, cutover, deployment, and operational activities.
- Act as the onsite lead for data delivery, coordinating with offshore resources and programme stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations across the data landscape.
