We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow platform initiatives within a large-scale transformation programme. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure value-driven outcomes, aligning platform capabilities with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow capabilities
- Define and prioritise features and enablers based on business value
- Collaborate with Business Owners, Architects, and delivery leadership
- Participate in Agile events including: PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Track product success using: KPIs, OKRs, Flow metrics
- Ensure alignment between platform roadmap and business objectives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, evaluating new ServiceNow releases and capabilities
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Compliance teams
- Contribute to investment planning and capacity allocation
- Support delivery teams in translating business needs into actionable requirements
Key Skills
- Strong experience as a Product Manager within ServiceNow environments
- Good functional knowledge across key modules such as: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM
- Proven ability to: Define product vision and roadmap, Manage and prioritise backlogs, Deliver value-driven outcomes
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA)
