The Opportunity

Focus on DF are supporting a complex Dayforce transformation programme and are hiring a Dayforce Solution Oversight Lead to take ownership of the UK landscape. You will join a values-led international organisation investing in strengthening its Dayforce capability across multiple regions. This is an opportunity to move into a solution ownership role with real influence over how Dayforce operates at a regional level. Dayforce is live and being enhanced across Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), Recruitment and Onboarding. The environment requires stabilisation, optimisation, and stronger in-region ownership to improve configuration quality, governance, and adoption. This role will act as the UK’s senior Dayforce lead, partnering closely with Global HRIS and Payroll teams to ensure Dayforce is configured and operating effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the UK Dayforce SME and Solution Oversight Lead
  • Review and improve Dayforce configuration across Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Support UK Payroll delivery and ensure effective Workforce Management alignment
  • Oversee workflows, forms, security roles, organisational structures and data integrity
  • Identify configuration issues and drive remediation in a live Dayforce environment
  • Support system releases, upgrades, testing and UAT
  • Work with HR, Payroll and operational stakeholders to improve Dayforce adoption
  • Align UK processes to global Dayforce governance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering or overseeing Dayforce implementations
  • Strong understanding of Dayforce configuration, including workflows, forms and security
  • Experience across Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), Core HR and Recruitment
  • Background in HRIS, Dayforce consulting, or solution architecture
  • Experience stabilising or remediating live Dayforce systems
  • Ability to operate both hands-on and strategically
  • Consultancy / SI background beneficial but not essential
