The Opportunity
Focus on DF are partnering with a UK-based organisation that are already live on Dayforce. Following a successful implementation of Core HR, Payroll, and Recruitment, the organisation is now strengthening its internal HR systems capability as it moves into further optimisation and additional module rollout. We are looking to bring in a HRIS & Reporting Manager to take ownership of the Dayforce platform, lead a small HRIS team, and drive meaningful insight from HR data. This is a customer-side role, combining hands‑on system ownership with people leadership and reporting expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Take day‑to‑day ownership of the Dayforce system, including configuration changes, testing, and enhancements
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of HRIS analysts
- Act as the primary internal contact for Dayforce support and issue resolution
- Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‑making
- Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reporting, including statutory and group‑level submissions
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to improve data quality and system usage
- Identify opportunities to improve how Dayforce is used across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Proven hands‑on experience with Dayforce in an HRIS or systems role
- Strong capability in HR reporting, data analysis, and insight
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI and/or XML is beneficial
- Confident working with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Recruitment
