As a Dayforce Payroll Consultant, you will play a hands-on role delivering end-to-end payroll solutions for UK clients. The focus is on getting payroll right: accurate, compliant, and scalable while supporting clients through complex change. You will work closely with client payroll and finance teams, taking ownership of payroll workstreams and acting as a trusted point of expertise throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deliver Dayforce Payroll for UK clients, including pay groups, calendars, earnings, deductions, and statutory processing.
  • Support payroll testing cycles, parallel runs, and go-live activity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Advise clients on Dayforce payroll best practice, controls, and process improvements.
  • Resolve payroll issues during delivery and stabilisation phases.
  • Collaborate with HR and Time & Attendance streams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Required Experience
  • Strong experience delivering Dayforce Payroll in a consulting or complex in-house environment.
  • Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Confident client-facing skills with the ability to explain payroll decisions clearly.
