As a Dayforce Payroll Consultant, you will play a hands-on role delivering end-to-end payroll solutions for UK clients. The focus is on getting payroll right: accurate, compliant, and scalable while supporting clients through complex change. You will work closely with client payroll and finance teams, taking ownership of payroll workstreams and acting as a trusted point of expertise throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and deliver Dayforce Payroll for UK clients, including pay groups, calendars, earnings, deductions, and statutory processing.
- Support payroll testing cycles, parallel runs, and go-live activity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Advise clients on Dayforce payroll best practice, controls, and process improvements.
- Resolve payroll issues during delivery and stabilisation phases.
- Collaborate with HR and Time & Attendance streams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Strong experience delivering Dayforce Payroll in a consulting or complex in-house environment.
- Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Confident client-facing skills with the ability to explain payroll decisions clearly.
