Focus on DF are supporting a global organisation delivering high-profile, complex Dayforce implementations and, due to growth, are now hiring an experienced Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant to join the team.
This is a Workforce Management–focused consulting role, centred on translating workforce policies, labour rules, and operational requirements into scalable Dayforce WFM solutions, while working closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
This role is best suited to consultants with hands-on Dayforce WFM implementation experience and strong functional knowledge across Time & Attendance and Scheduling. You’ll have either an existing consultancy / SI background or have led a Dayforce WFM implementation from the client side.
What You’ll Do- Lead WFM requirements gathering and solution design workshops
- Own Dayforce Workforce Management design and configuration, including: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management
- Translate workforce policies, labour rules, and operational requirements into Dayforce configuration
- Advise clients on WFM best practice, optimisation, and scalable design
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, HR, and WFM stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll consultants to ensure joined-up end-to-end delivery
- Support testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilisation
- Provide clear documentation, knowledge
