The Opportunity
Focus on DF are supporting a global organization delivering high-profile, complex Dayforce implementations and, due to growth, are now hiring an experienced Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant to join the team. This is a Payroll-focused consulting role, responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll solutions within large-scale Dayforce programmes. You will act as the payroll subject-matter expert, working closely with HR, WFM, and client payroll teams to ensure successful delivery through testing, goâlive, and stabilisation.
This role is best suited to consultants with handsâon Dayforce Payroll implementation experience and strong payroll domain knowledge. You will have either an existing consultancy / SI background or have led a Dayforce Payroll implementation from the client side.
What Youâll Do
- Lead payroll discovery sessions and solution design workshops
- Assist the clients Dayforce Payroll design and configuration, including pay groups, earnings and deductions, statutory rules, and calendars
- Ensure payroll solutions align with UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Support payroll data validation, parallel runs, and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with HR and WFM consultants to ensure end-toâend process alignment
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilisation
- Act as a trusted advisor to payroll managers and finance stakeholders
- Provide clear documentation, knowledge transfer, and enablement to client payroll teams
