The Opportunity
Focus on DF are supporting a global organisation delivering high-profile, complex Dayforce implementations and due to growth are now hiring for an experienced Dayforce HR Implementation Consultant to join the team. This is a functional HR consulting role, focused on HR process design, operating models, and senior stakeholder engagement. This role is best suited to consultants with hands-on Dayforce Core HR implementation experience and strong HR process consulting capability. You will have either an existing consultancy/SI background or have been leading a Dayforce Implementation from the client-side.
What You’ll Do
- Lead HR process discovery and future-state design workshops
- Define and explain Target Operating Models (TOM) to client HR teams
- Own Dayforce Core HR design and configuration, including: Organisational structures, jobs and positions, and employee lifecycle events
- Design and configure forms and workflows aligned to HR governance
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Directors, HR Operations, and People teams
- Collaborate with Payroll and WFM consultants to ensure joined-up delivery
- Support testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilisation
- Provide clear documentation, knowledge transfer, and enablement to client HR teams

- Experience designing organisational structures and understanding their impact on reporting and governance
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce forms and workflows
- Client-facing consulting experience with senior HR stakeholders
- Ability to clearly explain HR operating models and design decisions
