The Role:

We’re partnered exclusively with a high-growth, multinational client undergoing a global HR transformation — and they’re hiring an HR Business Analyst to help shape and deliver it. They are investing in new systems and overhauling core HR processes to align with a future-ready operating model. This hands-on role will own the full business analysis lifecycle on a major people systems transformation. You will work closely with Project Managers, HR stakeholders, and technology vendors to design and roll out the new ATS and deliver other people systems enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted Business Analyst to support global HR transformation projects
  • Drive end-to-end HR process mapping and optimisation across the group
  • Support the implementation of a new HRIS (systems in scope: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce)
  • Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient HR operations, particularly within the shared services model
  • Work with local HR leads to ensure alignment with local legislation and business needs
  • Build and validate reports, ensuring accuracy of HR data across systems
  • Help define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing HR processes
  • Provide input into GDPR/data governance improvements for HR data lifecycle management
  • Contribute to job architecture, job grading frameworks, and future career pathways
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote adoption, minimise resistance, and drive change collaboratively

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Analyst role within a complex or multi-national organisation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how to build emotionally intelligent, user-friendly solutions
  • Demonstrated experience supporting HRIS implementation or transformation projects
  • Able to act as a bridge between technical HRIS leads and business stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Experience working within or supporting HR shared services models
  • Exposure to GDPR/data privacy issues related to HR data is desirable
  • Experience supporting M&A activities or integrating newly acquired businesses is a plus
  • Familiarity with global HR process variation and sensitivity to cultural differences

What’s On Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £60,000
  • 10% performance bonus
  • Remote-first working policy (with flexibility around hours)
  • 34 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Flexible benefits package including optional private healthcare
