Focus on DF are partnering with a global organisation to deliver large-scale HCM, HRIS, and HR technology transformation programmes and are hiring an experienced HCM Project Manager to lead implementations with a core focus on Dayforce. This opportunity is for project managers with experience delivering Tier 1 / Tier 2 HCM platforms, including Dayforce, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, and SAP SuccessFactors. Dayforce experience is highly desirable, but strong HCM Project Managers without prior Dayforce exposure will be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end HCM / HRIS implementations, with Dayforce as the primary platform
- Manage project governance, planning, RAID, budget, and delivery reporting
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, integrations, and data
- Manage system integrators, third-party vendors, and internal delivery teams
- Act as the primary delivery lead for senior HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
- Drive delivery across design, build, testing (SIT / UAT), cutover, and go-live
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
- Support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilisation
- Proven experience as an HCM Project Manager / HRIS Project Manager
- Delivery experience across enterprise HCM platforms (Dayforce, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management programmes
- Experience in consulting, system integrator, or complex client-side environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to operate confidently in fast-paced, multi-stream programmes
