This is a hybrid role combining initially HR Data & Reporting, before becoming hands-on supporting the implementation, and a view to become the Global HRIS Manager. The business is highly acquisitive, expanding from 4,000 to 6,000+ employees and targeting 10,000+ globally. This is a unique opportunity to join early and grow into an HRIS or People Systems lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR Analyst supporting a multi-phase global Dayforce implementation
- Manage core HR and reward reporting across multiple international entities
- Create and maintain dashboards, headcount reports, and engagement survey insights
- Support system configuration, testing (UAT), and data migration
- Assist with salary survey submissions, job evaluations, and benchmarking exercises
- Work with stakeholders across Reward and Talent to align data, processes, and reporting
- Support the transition to a shared services model by cleaning and consolidating people data
- Provide hands-on support for the rollout of Dayforce modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, WFM, L&D, and Recruitment
- Maintain oversight of people data accuracy and consistency throughout the transformation
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Analyst or People Data Analyst role
- Strong Excel/reporting skills and comfort working with fragmented data sources
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ideally Dayforce)
- Familiarity with global HR processes including headcount tracking, performance, and engagement
- Ability to work independently in a lean, high-visibility role
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with Reward, Talent, and Project stakeholders
- A flexible and proactive mindset, comfortable navigating change

- Up to 8% bonus
- 10% matched pension contribution

- Opportunity to step into long-term HRIS/data leadership role
- A central position in one of the most significant Dayforce transformations in Europe
