This role goes beyond Dayforce configuration. We are looking for a consultant who leads with HR process, operating model, and employee lifecycle design, and then uses Dayforce Core HR to enable that vision. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with HR Directors and senior stakeholders, explaining design decisions clearly and linking system outcomes back to HR strategy and business needs.
This is a client facing delivery role within active programmes. You will be expected to step in quickly, take ownership of Core HR design areas, and contribute confidently in a pressurised delivery environment. The focus is on practical HR transformation and long-term value, rather than isolated system build activity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HR process and employee lifecycle design as part of Dayforce Core HR implementations
- Advise clients on HR operating models, organisational structures, and future-state design decisions
- Translate HR outcomes into clear, scalable Dayforce Core HR configuration, forms, and workflows
- Support clients through testing, go-live, and stabilisation, ensuring confidence and adoption
- Background in HRIS consulting, HR transformation, or HR systems leadership, ideally in a consulting or multi-client environment
- Strong Dayforce Core HR experience with a clear understanding of data structures, jobs, positions, and reporting impact
- Proven ability to design and explain organisational structures and TOM decisions in plain business language
- Confident client-facing experience, including workshops, stakeholder challenge, and delivery ownership
