Focus on DF are supporting a UK Dayforce customer who require a hands-on Dayforce Workforce Management Consultant to support the next phase of their live Dayforce project. The client is already live on Dayforce and now needs specialist support around WFM reconfiguration, optimisation and stabilisation. This is not a greenfield implementation. The focus is reviewing the existing setup, identifying what is not working as it should, and making practical configuration improvements across the UK environment.
This role requires someone with existing Dayforce experience. Consultants must have worked directly with Dayforce WFM in either a client-side, partner-side, consulting or implementation capacity.
Key responsibilities:- Reviewing existing Dayforce WFM configuration
- Supporting WFM reconfiguration and optimisation
- Working across Time & Attendance, Scheduling / Rostering, pay rules, approvals and exceptions
- Understanding how WFM impacts downstream Payroll
- Troubleshooting issues within a live Dayforce environment
- Supporting process improvement and system stabilisation
- Working with HR, Payroll, operational and global project stakeholders
- Providing knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Helping the UK business build stronger in-region Dayforce capability
- Strong experience across Dayforce Workforce Management / WFM
- Experience working with live Dayforce environments
- Understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling / Rostering, pay rules, approvals and exceptions
- Good understanding of the WFM to Payroll handoff
- Ability to review current configuration and identify practical improvements
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- UK-based and able to support a UK-focused project
